Our apps may store:

• App Configuration Data: Settings and preferences you configure within the app
• Execution History: Logs of automated actions performed by the app (e.g., issue transitions, field updates)
• User Preferences: Individual user settings and interface preferences

1.3 Telemetry and Analytics

We collect anonymized usage data to improve our apps, including:

• App installation and uninstallation events
• Feature usage statistics (anonymized)
• Error logs and crash reports (no personal data included)
• Performance metrics

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data accessed by our apps solely to:

• Provide the core functionality of the installed app
• Execute automated workflows and rules you configure
• Display relevant information in the app's user interface
• Generate reports and analytics as requested by you

We do not:

3.1 Forge-Hosted Storage

All data storage for our apps occurs within Atlassian Forge, Atlassian's serverless app platform. This means:

• Your data never leaves Atlassian's infrastructure
• We do not operate external servers or databases
• Data is stored in the same geographic region as your Atlassian instance
• Security and compliance are inherited from Atlassian's enterprise-grade infrastructure

3.2 Security Measures

We implement security best practices including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+)
• Encryption at rest (via Forge platform)
• Least-privilege access controls
• Regular security reviews and updates
• Secure coding practices and vulnerability testing

3.3 Data Retention

Data is retained as follows:

• App Configuration Data: Retained while the app is installed
• Execution Logs: Retained for 90 days or as configured by administrators
• Anonymized Telemetry: Retained indefinitely for product improvement

4. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• App Uninstall: When you uninstall an app, all app-specific data stored by that app is automatically deleted within 30 days
• Manual Deletion: You can delete specific execution logs or configuration data through the app's admin interface
• Account Deletion: If you delete your Atlassian account, all associated app data is removed

5. Third-Party Services

Our apps are built exclusively on Atlassian Forge and do not integrate with external third-party services for data processing or storage. However, our apps do interact with:

• Atlassian Platform: All apps run within and are governed by Atlassian's infrastructure and security policies
• Analytics Services: We use Atlassian-approved analytics tools that collect anonymized usage data only

6. Compliance and Certifications

Our apps inherit security and compliance certifications from Atlassian Forge, including:

• SOC 2 Type II
• ISO 27001
• GDPR compliance
• Data residency controls
